I’m having trouble joining or renewing on my mobile device. What should I do?
Please join or renew on a desktop computer. We are not sure yet why this is happening on some mobile devices, especially phones.

I can’t get the online membership form to work. What should I do?
For some reason, Safari doesn’t work with the “Buy Membership” button on our join/renewal form. If you can’t get this button to work, please switch to a different browser, for example, Firefox or Chrome, or use this link to access the form directly instead.

What credit cards do you accept?
You can use either Visa or Mastercard to pay online for your membership.

Will I get a payment confirmation after I join or renew?
Yes, you’ll receive an immediate payment confirmation email for online membership payments.

Why didn’t I get a payment confirmation email?
Check your junk mail. And please add info@balanceanddizziness.org to your safe senders list.

What fees are eligible for income tax receipts?
We issue official income tax receipts for basic membership fees and/or donations added to either basic or professional membership fees.

When will I get my income tax receipt?
Income tax receipts are issued and sent by postal mail annually, usually in early February.

Why don’t you give income tax receipts for professional memberships?
Under the Income Tax Act, registered charities may not issue income tax receipts for fees that convey a material value. In this instance, the material value is inclusion in the Practitioners List.

How do I know when it’s time to renew my membership?
Renewal notices are emailed in the month prior to your membership expiry date. Please renew by the due date.

What should I do if I changed my email and can’t log into my account?
Your email is your account login. If you change your email, simply create a new account. We’ll merge your old and new accounts.
