Professional Membership

The Canadian Balance and Dizziness Disorders Society offers individual professional memberships at a rate of $50 for 12 months.
Health care professionals involved in the diagnosis, treatment and management of vestibular disorders are invited to apply.

  • membership includes a free listing in our online directory of service providers
  • as a professional member, you may print copies of our patient handouts for distribution to your own clients. You are encouraged to co-brand the handouts with your clinic's contact information.
  • over 60 new people see your listing every month; all others are return visitors; visitors are up 20% since 2018
  • 3 professional members currently sit on our Board of Directors

We are the only organization in Canada dedicated to supporting, educating and inspiring those with balance and dizziness disorders. We were incorporated as a not-for-profit society in British Columbia in 1999 and registered as a Canadian charitable organization in 2000.

To apply for professional membership, please print, complete and return the application form along with proof of current professional certification and a cheque for $50. The Canadian Balance and Dizziness Disorders Society Board of Directors and Advisory Committee will vet all applications to verify their accuracy and relevance. Please make cheques out to "Treasurer Canadian Balance and Dizziness Disorders Society" and mail to: Canadian Balance and Dizziness Disorders Society, Box 325 – 5535 West Boulevard,  Vancouver BC  V6M 3W6.
